Right of Withdrawal

30 days — You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Pets Veltelo, support@veltelo.com) by means of a clear statement by email of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Items

Should you receive a defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered item, we will refund the full purchase price — without return. Simply send us a photo of the affected item by email to support@veltelo.com and we will arrange the refund immediately.

Consequences of Withdrawal (other returns)

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as in the original transaction.

For withdrawals for personal reasons (e.g. not liking the product), the customer bears the return shipping costs.
